Hi there. How are you? Thats nice, pleasantries over.
Have you ever been half naked covered in mud surrounded by some Koreans, some Irish people a couple of Brits and far to many Americans? No? Well I can assure you you're missing out. I am speaking of the joyous occasion that was the Boryeong mud festival (as featured in FHM's '100 things to do before you die' feature dontcha know?) If you'd like to have a gander at the web-site its www.mudfestival.or.kr, I'd suggest changing the language to English. Would have had some pico's as we took a disposable camera, however some mump-head left it on the beach. Anyway as day turned into night the mud was washed off and we settled down to some drinkin on the beach. Me and my esteemed flat-mate Aiden had lovingly prepared a vodka water-melon which attracted people from far and wide to our spot on the beach. It made smelling vodka at 8 in the morning on the train worthwhile...I then experienced the finest fireworks this side of China, they were purely ineffable.
Today has luckily been a day off as the effects of the weekend wouldn't have been well recieved at ELL. Tommorrow I'm going to get registered so I will be a leagal expat by the end of the week! Some pics of ELL for you this week peeps, enjoy!
Laters dudes x
p.s. some guy from www.seoulstyle.com took our pic at the weekend. It's not on there yet but if anyone spots it let me know!
p.p.s Is there any real need to comment on my spelling errors? Yes I'm an English teacher but I can't spell all the words!
p.p.p.s Thank you all for your comments though.
p.p.p.p.s Don't you really hate people who do about ten post-scripts??

This is actually one of my classes and that's "Kelly" their Korean teacher.

The lovely "Annie", by far the most bearable Korean teacher.

The big man himself Craig, going home in a few weeks unfortunately.

No, there's no need for it, but it's fun. :-b

Glad to hear you're having a decent time anyway. Would have liked to have seen those fireworks, but smack whichever muppet left the camera on the beach for me....

ELL looks better from the inside.. very posh(whatever ELL stands for). Spotted the diffrence between the not so happy teacher and the happy teacher and the happy children aswell, funny that.
The mud thingy sounds excellent, but how can it not be? You are certainly taking this "immersing" yourself to new levels!
Keep up the good work and bye for now.
Ps(haha), Sue is worried all these probs with Korea started since you got there. I have tried to explain but...
