I love kids and they love me...sometimes. Just the other day one of my very smallest of students looked up at me and said "sangsengnim, I love you!". He then proceeded to sprint around the desks and kick me as hard as his little legs could in the shin. He laughed so much I was worried he'd stop breathing. And remember that little girl that refused to say anything? Well now she talks and talks and sings and talks...all in Korean though. It's amazing the conversations we have when we're speaking different languages. Think I'll have to learn the Korean for "I speak no Korean you crazy little person". So yeah the schools a lot of fun at the moment in all it's various ways.
In other news I went to Seoul Grand Park at the weekend and saw a multitude of poor caged creatures. I began running around like a kid going "look, look, it's a bloody Rhino!" But then we got to the monkeys and I broke down and cried at their plight, they were all just depressed. So I've decided my next project is helping the little blighters in some way...maybe involving Borneo...
Today was (and still is I guess) Korean Independence day so I've had a lovely day of doing rack-all. Managed to fall out of bed and go to a spa. Unfortunately, it being a public holiday, it was packed to the rafters with Korean folk.
So three more days of trying to make a Korean child say "fence" instead of "pence" and then the weekend! Am going to start training for 'Seoul Celtics F.C' at the weekend; which should be fun and healthy all at the same time!
To see the zoo pics follow the normal link then go to 'my friends' albums', mkay?
To anyone I havn't spoken to in the last two months-hope you're alreet.
I'm off to stuff my face with some mandu before bed.

A night in Itaewon!
I think he's of a sober disposition
Sunset over apartment blocks

Stay awesome dudes x

'normal link', 'my friends' albums'. OK I give in. Will have to rely on my imagination. Not sure what I think of the Borneo idea. Could we discuss when I see you? A long way away again Dan!
